We started The Rubber Stamp Gallery nearly 9 years ago, mainly because I was always looking for ‘something different’ for various projects. Being married to a designer and artist it made sense to combine our talents!
So, my husband, Mike, creates some of the designs,I design some, whist some are joint efforts! Mike is also the "Technical Support" department, I make the stamps and do the day-to-day website stuff.
If you can't see what you want for your special project or occasion please get in touch. We enjoy creating something different!
About our Stamps
All of our stamps are handmade, to order, and tested prior to mailing.
Our stamps are CLEAR ACRYLIC. This makes them great for precise and accurate stamping.
All stamps are supplied UN-MOUNTED, this cuts down on postage costs which is why we can supply them with FREE P&P (UK only).
They are sent in an ordinary envelope which means they will fit through your letterbox, saving you any delivery problems.
When you receive your stamps. It’s best to use a clear acrylic block, (available from good craft shops). Or you can use a Cassette, CD or MiniDisc box, anything flat and rigid, it helps if you can see through it. Just stick your stamp on with a glue stick (like Pritt), anything which isn’t permanent.
You can use any ink pad and you can stamp onto almost any surface. It is easy to be 100% accurate if you can see exactly where you are stamping.
When you are finished stamping, wipe the ink from your stamp with an alcohol free baby wipe. Remove from the block and clean off the glue. You can wash them in warm soapy water and just pat dry.
If your stamp feels ‘tacky’, perhaps after washing. Just dust them with a little talc, I use Old English Lavender! Try to keep your stamps out of direct sunlight as this will prolong their life.
If you have any questions, problems or queries please use the form on the “Contact Us” page. Or just email, we are more than happy to help.
Thank you for visiting The Rubber Stamp Gallery.
HAPPY STAMPING!
